Since Vannamei is shrimp species that are easily raised. They are able to adapt to the environment well and have a high survival rate. Thus, they are popular among shrimp farmers. Currently, Thailand has a proportion of Vannamei farming about 95-97 percent. In addition, Vannamei needs lower protein content than giant tiger prawn, not less than 32.0 - 35.0 percent (depending on the size of the shrimp). Thus, as the company's marketing strategy, Vannamei feed is produced and distributed under 2 brands: (1) NANAMI and (2) PROFEEDKUNGKHAO.
